Gpac is seeking a Logistics Manager for a confidential, rapidly growing CPG manufacturing company.

This role is responsible for overseeing all logistics operations within the facility, including warehousing, inventory control, transportation, and distribution. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of raw materials and finished goods while driving continuous improvement across logistics systems and processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced production environment, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational performance.

Background & Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred

• Experience in food manufacturing, or CPG environments strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience managing inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, and inventory

• ERP/MRP system experience required (SAP or similar preferred)

• Strong analytical skills with ability to drive process improvements and cost savings

• Experience with inventory control, audits, and loss prevention

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting, data analysis)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
