**Logistics Manager (Hands-On Operations Focus)****Position Summary**We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role requires active involvement in loading/unloading shipments, operating a forklift, coordinating third-party freight, and serving as a customer-facing point of contact to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.**Key Responsibilities****Warehouse & Shipping Operations (Primary Focus)**+ Operate forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.+ Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and ensure proper handling of goods.+ Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining an efficient warehouse layout.+ Ensure shipments are prepared, labeled, and dispatched accurately and on time.**Freight Coordination**+ Schedule and coordinate shipments with third-party carriers and freight brokers.+ Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues.+ Communicate delivery schedules and updates internally and with customers.**Customer Interaction**+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments and delivery status.+ Address customer inquiries, shipment discrepancies, and service concerns professionally.+ Maintain strong relationships by ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
