We know that growing is about more than just crops and cultivation. It's about sunshine and rain, early mornings and hard work. It can be frustratingly unpredictable but also wonderfully uplifting. More than anything, it's about people. Nufarm is the dependable partner behind thousands of agricultural success stories. Every day, growers around the world turn to our products and our people to help with the challenges of fighting disease, weeds and pests, and to increase crop yields.
How can you grow with Nufarm?
Based in Alsip, IL, Nufarm is looking for a dynamic and energetic Network Logistics Manager who will serve as the continuous improvement agent for logistics with a primary focus on managing the tactical and strategic improvement of the logistics network to reduce our logistics expenses while still providing the service level required by our customers within the Nufarm North American Region (US & Canada). He/she is responsible for the design, optimization, and continuous revision and adjustment of the Nufarm NA logistics network to ensure cost-efficient, resilient, flexible, and scalable product flows. The role bridges strategy and execution at the point where translation of the service requirements into an optimized network of warehouses, business rules, transport modes, and logistics partners is needed.

Daily Operational Oversight (Service/Cost)
Strategy
What do you bring?
You bring a safety‑first mindset, a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, and at least 7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain and Finance roles. You have strong analytical and financial acumen, including intermediate Excel skills and experience with tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyze Oracle and other enterprise data. You've led cross‑functional initiatives, think strategically, execute effectively, and can translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
What do we offer?
Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 per year in our lowest geographic market to $1400,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
If you want to be a part of a thriving, supportive environment and are inspired by the prospect of being a part of something bigger, we'd love to hear from you.
