Based on business needs, establish and continuously optimize warehouse operation processes, and document them as standard SOPs; ensure the achievement of operational targets.
Optimize operations through warehouse layout, process optimization, and workforce structure to improve warehouse utilization and operational efficiency, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals.
Familiar with on-site warehouse operations, strong operational capabilities and supply chain SOP management capabilities, and able to drive planning accuracy.
Experience in reverse logistics management and some transportation management experience is preferred.
More than 3 years of warehouse operation experience, with relevant warehousing and logistics management experience.
Familiar with the use of WMS systems in the industry and proficient in process design.
Strong project management skills, having independently led projects, with a deep understanding and relevant experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
Strong ability to anticipate warehouse operation risks and a strong sense of responsibility; able to withstand high work pressure; strong coordination and management skills.
Strong data analysis and data operation capabilities. Proficient in Chinese.
