Logistics Operations Shipping Coordinator Level II

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience coordinating domestic and international shipments, inventory, and shipping documentation? Our client is seeking a detail oriented Logistics Operations Shipping Coordinator Level II to manage shipping and receiving activities, inventory, movement, or fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
This is a shipping administrative role that works closely with operations, inventory, customer service, and internal teams to ensure products are accurately processed, packaged, documented, and shipped on time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate shipping records
- Inspect and coordinate incoming raw materials and shipments
- Received shipments into the NetSuite ERP system and maintain required paperwork
- Manage inventory levels and order, restock, and organize parts and consumable supplies
- Coordinate with operations on order processing, fulfillment, and shipment schedules
- Ensure products, accessories, and user documentation are complete and properly packaged for shipment
- Track serialized components, including batteries and other controlled items
- Verify customer orders for accuracy and ensure they are processed and fulfilled on time
- Prepare, assemble, palletize, and box shipments while following strict quality control procedures
- Schedule carrier pickups using online shipping tools, including FedEx
- Follow shipping requirements related to MIL-STD-129R and MIL-STD-130N
- Palletize, operate forklifts, and load products onto carrier trucks

Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of related domestic and international shipping experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking
- Experience working with an ERP system; NetSuite preferred
- Strong experience using online shipping tools, particularly FedEx
- Experience handling dangerous goods or restricted items, including lithium-ion batteries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a consistent, repeatable shipping process
- Forklift and palletizing experience
