Position Overview:

Based in Eden, NC, the Senior Logistics Operations Analyst will manage and streamline the movement of voltage regulators and related equipment, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant logistics processes. You will lead carrier negotiations, develop strategic partnerships, and support complex project logistics, contributing directly to our success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics activities including transportation, storage, loading, and delivery of electrical equipment.
• Lead freight procurement efforts, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving logistics strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers, warehouses, and logistics partners nationwide.
• Oversee warehouse and yard operations, ensuring optimal inventory management and equipment care.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, rigging, and cargo securement, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Monitor carrier performance, maintain service quality, and ensure contractual obligations are met consistently.
• Collaborate with project teams on logistics planning, execution, and operational reporting, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with DOT regulations, OSHA standards, company policies, and customer specifications.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
• Oversee logistics KPIs, generate operational reports, and conduct supplier performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Deep knowledge of freight procurement, carrier management, warehouse operations, and transportation regulations.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Experience with heavy haul, project cargo, utility, or electrical equipment logistics is highly advantageous.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Shift: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
