About the Role

Join our team as a Logistics Operator in Mesa, AZ, supporting manufacturing logistics and inventory processes. In this role, you will verify incoming parts against purchase orders and packing slips, coordinate with delivery vendors, and assist in inventory management. Your attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions will ensure smooth operations. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and adhering to safety and quality standards to keep our logistics operations efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming parts against purchase orders and packing slips
• Coordinate with delivery vendors and collaborate with logistics team members
• Accurately inventory customer-supplied parts with strong attention to detail
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure timely, consistent processing and packaging
• Generate shipping labels and documents within the MIS system according to work order packaging instructions
• Use basic computer systems (MIS), scanners, and printers to support logistics activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and quality standards during processing and packaging
• Support inventorying, shipping, and receiving tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Interpret work orders, inventory records, and shipping documents effectively
• Operate equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) to move materials safely and efficiently
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all logistics and inventory operations

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, inventory records, and shipping documents
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to maintain punctuality and meet schedule requirements
• Ability to keep a clean and organized work environment
• Forklift certification (preferred)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Standing, walking, and physical handling involved in inventory and packaging tasks
• Work in a manufacturing environment with potential for noise and movement related to logistics operations
