Shift timing: 4:00 pm - 1:00 am EST (Saturday & Sunday only). 8 working hours each day (+ 1 hour lunch break). No overtime needed

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Planner with hands-on expertise in outbound shipment planning, especially in warehouse-to-warehouse and hub-to-spoke models. This role requires strong familiarity with physical shipment coordination, beyond just high-level transportation or operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound shipment planning across the company's logistics network, including movement from hubs to spokes and spokes to contract manufacturers (CMs).
• Support inbound planning as needed to ensure continuity of supply and inventory.
• Highly prefer prior hands-on experience utilizing JDA TMS (Transportation Management System) to plan, execute, and optimize the movement of goods is required.
• Ensure all shipments are compliant with regulatory requirements and are accompanied by proper documentation.
• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to address issues and streamline processes.
• Manage semi-automated planning workflows; bring hands-on judgment to cases where automated systems may fall short.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
