Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Planning Analyst to join our team. This position is primarily office-based, with approximately 75% of the workday spent managing customer communications, logistics coordination, and data analysis through computer and phone interactions. The remaining 25% of the time will involve collaboration with the warehouse team to support operational activities.
Required Qualifications
Previous Logistics Planning Analyst experience is required.
Experience must be focused on logistics coordination, planning, and analysis, not solely loading and unloading trucks.
Strong customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to:
Receive and inspect inbound shipments.
Accurately tag and track parts.
Inspect outbound shipments to verify correct sequencing and quantities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting OEM customers.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Experience with EDI transactions, ASN processing, and customer routing or labeling requirements.
Inventory control and cycle count experience.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation and compliance requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including operations, transportation, and quality departments.
