Recruiter – Pace Drivers
Pace Drivers is growing and looking for a high-energy Recruiter to help source, screen, and place CDL drivers nationwide using AI-powered tools like Bullhorn and Tenstreet.
This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, embraces technology, and thrives in a team environment.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Remote options available for people not in NE Ohio
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit CDL drivers
- Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with team to meet hiring goals
Qualifications
- Previous Recruiting Required (transportation experience a plus)
- Familiar with tools like Bullhorn, Indeed, or Tenstreet
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and team-oriented
