In this hands-on role, you'll investigate shipment issues, resolve exceptions, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure packages reach the right destination on time. What You'll Do
Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions, including mis-sorts, missing labels, damaged freight, and system discrepancies.
Track shipments and research routing issues using warehouse and transportation systems.
Relabel, reroute, and recover freight to keep operations running smoothly.
Partner with inbound, outbound, and operations teams to quickly solve problems and remove bottlenecks.
Perform quality checks to ensure shipment accuracy and compliance.
Analyze trends, identify root causes, and help implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate records and communicate issues that may impact service or delivery performance.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, or sort center operations.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with shipment exceptions, inventory discrepancies, or quality control is a plus.
Familiarity with WMS, TMS, or sortation systems preferred.
