Logistics Sales Specialist to become a key player in Fort Worth, TX.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Proactively identify and connect with potential customers through calls, messages, and in-person visits to develop lasting business relationships.
- Negotiation & Deal-Making: Work directly with customers and carriers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes and a profitable book of business.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly goals, sales quotas, and growth expectations to contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, market rates, load and truck capacities across the U.S., and competitive offerings.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with the logistics team to drive growth, share insights, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Ideal Candidate:- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented: A passion for sales and a strong desire to drive new business opportunities in logistics and transportation.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and carriers.
- Negotiation Expertise: Skilled at negotiating competitive freight rates and understanding lane analysis to drive profitability.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: Strong computer skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and familiarity with freight management software.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
