Logistics Scheduler

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Multiple Logistics Scheduler to join their team. As a Logistics Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Scheduler- Multiple roles available 

Location: Forest City, IA (100% Onsite,)

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20 p/h 

Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend/convert

Shifts available :7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. , 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
and 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
 

What's the Job?

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs and ensure work order requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in controlling inventory and processing orders with accurate scheduling data and special instructions.
• Coordinate daily workload with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders and demand requirements.
• Deliver daily plans and orders to relevant personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED completed prior to start date.
• Between 1 and 2 years of related job experience in logistics or production scheduling.
• Proficiency in coordinating schedules, collecting reports, and placing supply orders.
• Effective communication skills, short-term planning, and basic mathematical abilities.
• Ability to work on assignments of standardized difficulty with an intermediate level of proficiency.
