Logistics Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00/hour

Schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Location: Medina, Ohio

A day in the life

You arrive, review the outbound queue, and begin prepping orders for same-day pickup. Labels are created in UPS WorldShip and FedEx, cartons are wrapped and protected, and paperwork is double-checked before the truck hits the dock. Mid‑morning brings a delivery—forklift at the ready, you unload, inspect, and receive materials, updating counts so inventory stays accurate. The afternoon is about staging, organizing, and coordinating with production and warehouse teammates to keep everything moving safely and on time.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, package, wrap, label, and box products for shipment.
• Process outbound parcels through UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks with a forklift and maintain a clean, organized dock.
• Verify shipment accuracy and keep shipping documents complete and current.
• Support inventory control and stock movement throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet shipping timelines.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

What you bring

• Previous shipping and receiving experience.
• Proficiency with UPS WorldShip and FedEx platforms; StarShip experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) and safe operation in warehouse/manufacturing settings.
• Strong packaging, wrapping, and boxing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work both independently and on a team.
