Shape the flow of parts from our floor to our customers
It’s a busy morning in Germantown, WI. You review the day’s pick list, stage packaging, and confirm carrier pickups. A truck backs into the dock—while you unload and verify materials against packing slips and POs, labels are printing for outbound orders. By mid-day, you’re moving raw stock, work-in-process, and finished goods where they need to be, keeping the warehouse orderly and the schedule on track. Before the last pallet ships, you double-check every label and document to ensure accuracy and compliance. That’s a typical day as a Logistics & Shipping Material Coordinator at Toolcraft Machining, Inc.
