Logistics Sourcing Support Coordinator

The Logistics Sourcing Support Coordinator is responsible for executing transportation support services, including but not limited to: service provider contract administration, Transportation Management System (TMS) data and rate entry across multiple systems, TMS rate auditing, invoice resolution support, and carrier qualification and onboarding services.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Execute responsibilities related to contract administration, rate entry, contract auditing, route guide and transit data administration, and carrier preference entry.
  • Create rate documents and contracts; manage distribution of those materials.
  • Execute rating and routing guide activities for internal and external customer-related projects.
  • Maintain third-party carrier qualifications in compliance with state and federal requirements, including insurance, authority, safety ratings, anti-corruption standards, and financial status (including Canadian, Mexican, and other international providers).
  • Support the creation and implementation of carrier onboarding guides and qualification profiles to ensure timely onboarding for new and existing business.
  • Ensure carriers are informed of and comply with contract agreements, processes, and regulations.
  • Resolve service provider-related issues that may impact normal business operations.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
  • 25 years of relevant transportation/logistics operations experience preferred.
  • Experience with TMS, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Ability to develop or modify database reports and related spreadsheets as needed.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
