The Logistics Analyst 2 supports Medical Education Labs, Marketing activities, and Trade Show events by ensuring the successful planning, execution, and tracking of Smith+Nephew product logistics. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting forecasting, and ensuring all event-related equipment and instruments are prepared and managed effectively.

What will you be doing?

  • Event Logistics Coordination

Set up Convention Services events within Move Medical and other systems to ensure accurate tracking and execution of logistics activities.

  • Inspection & Equipment Management

Inspect instruments and Smith+Nephew equipment before and after events to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance standards are met.

  • Shipping & Receiving

Coordinate shipment and return of products for events, including communication with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and receipt.

  • Inventory Replenishment

Order replacement products for items that are used, damaged, or malfunctioning during events.

  • Reporting & Analysis

Track and analyze Convention Services product usage and support forecasting efforts to improve inventory planning and availability.

  • Professional Development

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance logistics, systems, and product knowledge.

  • Additional Support

Perform other logistics-related tasks and operational support activities as needed.

What you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or medical device industry (preferred)

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Move Medical or similar logistics systems

  • Exposure to event logistics, trade show coordination, or field logistics operations
