Job Title: Logistics Specialist III
Location: Parker, CO

Role Summary
Our Aerospace client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist II to support the coordination, documentation, and execution of logistics operations for critical materials, equipment, and systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate tracking, storage, and shipment of spares, tools, test equipment, and associated documentation within a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in inventory and supply chain processes, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is comfortable working within compliance-driven logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping requirements. This position is essential to maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and regulatory adherence across logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute domestic and international shipping activities in compliance with state, federal, and global import/export regulations
  • Route, document, and track shipments of materials, equipment, and components
  • Utilize shipping systems (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) to manage logistics workflows
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and technical manuals
  • Track inventory, repair parts, and associated documentation to ensure accuracy and proper allocation within storage facilities
  • Maintain records within inventory databases and ensure data integrity
  • Support storage, handling, and movement of materials, including hazardous or regulated items when applicable
  • Assist with inventory control processes, including shelf-life tracking and material audits
  • Ensure all logistics activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support the handling, inspection, and transport of hazardous materials as required
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Foundational understanding of inventory and supply chain/logistics principles
  • Experience working with inventory databases or tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with aviation or maintenance tracking systems (e.g., AvPro or similar)
  • HazMat training or certification
  • Forklift operation experience
  • Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS)
  • Understanding of shelf-life management for materials
  • Background in aerospace and defense, DoD, or military environments
