Position: Logistics Specialist II
Location: 101 International Drive, Portsmouth, NH 03801
Shift: Rotating Day Shift 7AM - 7PM 5 days on 5 days off
Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role)
Payrate: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Position Overview:
The Logistics Specialist II supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by managing the receipt, storage, dispensing, and shipment of raw materials and consumables. This role utilizes SAP, Syncade, and related systems to maintain inventory accuracy, support production activities, and ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform material receipt, storage, dispensing, and inventory transactions using SAP and Syncade
- Support domestic and international shipping activities for manufacturing operations
- Execute SAP transactions, including Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, Transfer Orders (TO), and Material Movements
- Perform Syncade activities such as material receipt, movement, inventory adjustments, and scrapping
- Support warehouse operations including Receiving, Shipping, Dispensing, and Inventory Management
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, ride-on equipment, and order pickers
- Operate box trucks as needed (valid driver's license required)
- Complete required documentation, including logbooks, circular charts, and quality records
- Utilize DMS and TrackWise systems for documentation and quality compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety requirements
- Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0–4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Logistics
- Valid driver's license required
