Job duties include verifying counts to packing lists and invoices, conducting inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, and getting orders from vendors and filling them from inventory. This role will also quality check incoming inventory to ensure that the vendor is getting good quality merchandise and any problems can be rectified before going out to customers and businesses.TasksReceive product into the 3PL warehouse by checking physical count to invoiced count.Cycle count at regular intervals to ensure accuracy of inventory on shelves.Pick, pack, and ship orders according to vendor preferences.Quality control merchandise to vendor specifications.Maintain an organized and clean work area.Communicating with Logistics Coordinator to make sure all problems are resolved.May include other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.SkillsAttention to detail.Excellent communication skillsBasic Computer SkillsPhysical DemandsWalking and standing for 8 hours on concrete floors.Frequently bending and lifting up to 25 lbsOccasionally lifting up to 60+ lbsSafe handling of knives and other edged cutting tools.Work EnvironmentWarehouse environment with concrete floors and occasional fluctuations of temperatureEducations and ExperienceMust be 18 years of age or older.Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent.Some warehouse experience preferred.Position Type/ Expected hours of WorkFull-time, Hourly/non-exempt8 am to 5 pm with a one hour lunch break, Mon - FriEmployment at Blade HQ is predicated upon passing a background check and drug screening.
