Description
Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist
Location: Orlando, FL 32822
Pay: $20/hr on W2 + Weekly Pay + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs)
Shift: Must be flexible to work either:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Overview
We're hiring a Logistics Operations Specialist to support warehouse operations in Orlando, FL. This role includes receiving, shipping, inventory, order processing, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials
- Process orders using SAP/ERP systems
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Stock and organize warehouse inventory
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse standards
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- 2+ years of forklift experience
- 1+ year of ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs with assistance)
- Flexible to work either 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
