Logistics Specialist

Payrate: $42.30 - $42.30/hr.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end reverse logistics process from return request through final disposition and system closure.
• Monitor daily return volume, aging, backlog, exceptions, and service-level performance.
• Coordinate return transportation, warehouse receiving, inspection, grading, and disposition activities with SDS and 3PL partners.
• Ensure returned products are processed accurately and within established turnaround-time targets.
• Manage disposition flows, including return to vendor, refurbishment, resale, liquidation, recycling, and disposal.
• Analyze return reasons, operational failure patterns, and repeat issues to identify root causes.
• Develop and track corrective and preventive actions in partnership with internal teams and logistics providers.
• Drive initiatives to reduce return cycle time, handling cost, avoidable returns, and processing defects.
• Document and standardize operating procedures, controls, and escalation paths across return locations.
• Monitor return inventory accuracy, status, aging, and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Investigate receiving, grading, disposition, credit, and inventory discrepancies and drive timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset recovery and minimize financial loss from aged or improperly processed returns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, management summaries, and exception analyses.
• Analyze trends by product, customer, sales channel, warehouse, carrier, return reason, and aging bucket.
• Monitor SDS and 3PL performance against contractual requirements, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Present findings, risks, and recommended actions to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Escalate material service failures, compliance concerns, inventory risks, and financial exposure in a timely manner.

 
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in reverse logistics, returns management, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present issues and recommendations clearly.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer electronics, retail, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution.
• Experience managing 3PL or 4PL logistics providers and conducting performance reviews.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, financial controls, claims, and audit requirements.
• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills are a plus.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.30 - $42.30/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
