Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key operational/financial indices regularly.
- Find root causes for discrepancies between actual performance and forecast.
- Analyze issues and make reports/recommendations as requested by the team leader/head of department.
- Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Revise production schedule, when required, due to design changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions.
- Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years' experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of logistics and/or supply chain operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, WMS, and ERP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
