    Job Description

    Logistic Specialist

    Monitor and manage freight movement across transportation network, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery while resolving transportation disruptions in real time.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, drivers, rail partners, and internal teams by providing timely communication, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Research transportation issues using internal systems, analyze operational data and trends, and support reporting to improve network performance and customer experience.

    Partner with cross-functional teams to create repair requests, monitor load execution, and coordinate solutions that minimize delays and maintain operational efficiency.

    Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment while adhering to schedules, supporting peak business demands, and making data-driven decisions to keep freight moving efficiently.

    Must haves:

    • 1+ years of customer service, call center, transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Experience using (Outlook, Excel, Word) and working with multiple computer systems
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or operations environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Plusses:

    • Transportation or supply chain operations experience
    • Experience supporting carriers, drivers, or logistics partners
    • Experience analyzing operational data and identifying trends
    • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders
