Responsibilities include managing shift safety, staffing, performance, and executing improvement initiatives, along with raw and finished goods cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and strong leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing or logistics.
Position is second shift, Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, with weekend rotation, offering a salary range of $70,100-$105,200, plus benefits and incentives.
