Develops, maintains, and monitors productivity measures for all Parts / Shipping employees. Coaches, trains, and develops employees Interfaces with Customer Service, QA and Production to coordinate flow, productivity, quality, and efficiency. Pursues making the warehouse/distribution process better Trains and coaches all personnel. Conducts employee performance reviews. Handles shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
