The Richmond Group USAhas been engaged by a successful heavy industrial manufacturer to recruit anInbound/Outbound Logistics Supervisorfor one of its most active U.S. operations. This plant handles over 130 truck movements and multiple railcars daily supporting a high-volume, precision-driven manufacturing environment.

This leadership role is ideal for candidates who excel in shipping, receiving, and yard management within non-union manufacturing settings. You will manage a team of 6–12, oversee trailer flow operations, and drive SAP/WMS performance across a complex logistics landscape.

Background:

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to earn team trust and keep everyone aligned with daily goals
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing—ideally in amanufacturing setting
• Comfortable using ERP systems (preferably SAP) or WMS tools to manage inventory and shipping activities
• Solid understanding of safety rules and best practices in logistics and yard operations
• Clear communicator and problem-solver who can use data to make decisions and work independently with integrity
