Job Summary/Purpose: The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring all activities—including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping—are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role leads and supports Team Leads and warehouse staff, monitors and maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counting and regular audits, and ensures adherence to company policies and safety standards. The Logistics Supervisor tracks performance through KPIs, drives continuous improvement in operational processes, and serves as a key link between warehouse personnel and management to ensure smooth workflow, timely order fulfillment, and overall operational excellence. Key Responsibilities/Duties: · Lead, mentor, and manage Team Leads and warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Required Qualifications/Experience: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
Competencies/Skills: · Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
Technology and Equipment: · Proficient in ERP systems for inventory management, reporting, and operational tracking. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: · Fast-paced warehouse setting with regular lifting and movement of materials.
