Logistics Supervisor, Construction

Tesla is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support the construction and operational needs of a rapidly expanding manufacturing and construction environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The environment is demanding, exciting, and focused on supporting the teams building the future. This position is located in Sparks, NV.

• Tesla people leaders are responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations
• Leading and supervising daily logistics operations, including warehouse activities, material management, tool and equipment control, fleet coordination, deliveries, and field logistics support
• Developing and implementing processes that improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, material availability, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with Construction, Facilities, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, and Project Management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and resources
• Establishing priorities and allocating resources across multiple projects while monitoring material flow to proactively identify constraints that could impact schedules or operational performance
• Driving accountability through performance metrics, inventory audits, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading workforce development through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading logistics, warehouse, construction support, supply chain, material management, or field operations teams
• Experience managing personnel, schedules, budgets, inventory systems, and operational performance metrics
• Strong understanding of construction operations and the relationship between logistics, procurement, and project execution
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment
• Ability to prioritize competing business needs and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and logistics tracking tools
