We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of up to 20 associates in inventory control, material handling, and outbound shipping.
In this role, you will coordinate daily material flow, ensure accurate shipments, monitor labor utilization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Key responsibilities include performance management, inventory accuracy, addressing disruptions, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and supporting logistics partners.
Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of logistics or operations experience, supervisory skills, proficiency with warehouse systems and data analysis, and preferably a relevant degree or certifications. Experience in Lean or transportation management is a plus.
