Logistics & Supply Chain Manager (Willing to Train)

About the RoleOur Houston-area natural stone company is seeking an eager, coachable, and tech-savvy professional to act as the communication hub of our operation. In this hybrid role, you will manage our product pipeline from start to finish-generating vendor purchase orders (POs), tracking inbound materials, and coordinating outbound customer deliveries (FTL and LTL).Instead of a single software program, you will master our unique digital workflow (a collection of different tools) to keep sales, fabrication, and yard teams aligned. Prior logistics or procurement experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train someone with the right attitude and a drive to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication Hub: Update our digital systems so Sales and Fabrication stay aligned on order statuses.PO & Vendor Management: Issue Purchase Orders for materials and coordinate lead times with quarries and vendors.Customer Deliveries: Plan and schedule outbound Full Truckloads (FTL) and LTL freight shipments.Site Coordination: Connect with contractors to ensure job sites are ready with the correct equipment to unload heavy stone.Data Discipline: Keep inventory accurate by matching freight paperwork against open POs in our digital tools.What You Bring (Non-Negotiable)Eager & Coachable: A strong desire to learn a specialized trade and a drive to constantly improve.High Digital Agility: Naturally comfortable navigating multiple digital tools simultaneously with high data accuracy.Proactive Communication: Excellent at problem-solving and updating the team before a delay becomes a crisis.Environment: Excited to work on-site at a fast-paced manufacturing facility and yard. What We Teach: Freight logistics, procurement, and everything about natural stone! Apply today via our quick, 3-minute application!
