Job Title

Duties
- Serves as a website manager and is programmatically responsible and accountable for the proper functioning of GSA digital properties, ensuring compliance with GSA policy and Federal regulations, resulting in a successful customer experience.
- Serves as an expert analyst and technical advisor for the assigned program area responsible for obtaining and/or identifying appropriate resources for program support.
- Reviews, evaluates, and monitors program performance by appraising and evaluating progress. Design and conduct comprehensive management studies, initiatives, or data gathering efforts.
- Consult with GSA management, DoD staff, and outside federal agency representatives, and serve as the GSA representative on interagency task forces and professional committees.
- Responsible for identifying issues that affect program delivery and identifying actual or potential problem areas impacting Deliver.
