- Performing APQP / Contract Review on each part with management
- Issue orders to suppliers and manage customer requirements
- Help to maintain customer records by continually updating customer database, customer profiles and contact reports
- Assist with sales forecast – quarterly and yearly
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Set up new customer accounts, organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions, Communicate with logistics providers

Minimum Level of Education and Training Required:- Associate degree in Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks/Business Central experience is a plus
