We are seeking a motivated individual to join our logistics support team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order assembly and inventory management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated professional to accurately and efficiently execute customer order assembly requests, manage ingredient inventory, and provide outstanding internal and external customer service. This is a full-time contractor position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 1st shift from 4:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Key Accountabilities

• Accurately execute customer order assembly requests, including weighing, labeling, packaging, and delivering.
• Manage ingredient inventory using our onsite Warehouse Management System.
• Develop expertise in ingredients to enable quick troubleshooting and efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain organization in the order assembly workspace using carts, pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks & lifts.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to perform well with limited supervision, both individually and in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and frequently over an 8-hour period.
• Proficiency in computer-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in continuous improvement is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform well in a mechanical and technical environment.
• Previous powered pallet jack experience is preferred; certification is required.

Preferences

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory management is strongly preferred.
