Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently executing customer order assembly requests, managing ingredient inventory, and maintaining a well-organized workspace. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in both individual and team settings.

Requirements

• Capable of performing well with limited supervision
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Able to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and frequently over an 8-hour period
• Proficient in computer-based system skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer Service Excellence
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform well in a mechanical and technical environment
• Previous powered pallet jack experience is preferred, with the ability to gain certification in role required

Preferences

• Previous food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Previous Warehouse Management System experience and inventory management experience are strongly preferred
• Previous Continuous Improvement experience is strongly preferred

Join us at our JFB Technical Center, located at 9000 Plymouth Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55427-3870. Enjoy a full-time schedule on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Thursday with three 10-hour days and one 8-hour day, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
