Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 24 Months on W2.
Shift: Hours are 7 AM - 3 PM/3:30 PM depending on if they take a 30 minute or 1 hour lunch

Job Description:
- Monitors supply chain and acts to prevent delays and shortages in the flow of materials from warehouse or suppliers to production lines and worksites.
- Compiles and maintains inventory and status information to optimize movement of material and parts.
- Uses ERP system to order, receive, ship and store parts and updates records.
- Ensures required stock is on hand or on order to support operations.
- Processes purchase requisitions to order required parts.
- Tracks shipments, confirms rates with carriers, consolidates loads, and selects most cost effective method of transport.
- Serves as a link between quality, engineering, customer service, production control and manufacturing to provide feedback on potential bottleneck areas.
Top 3 required skills:
- Someone who has previously done timekeeping in previous roles,
- someone who is able to manage multiple projects at once, and
- someone who has used timekeeping software before (MyTime, etc.)
- SAP experience would also be a plus
- Construction industry experience would be a plus, but not required.
- HS Diploma required
