Job Summary: The Logistics Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the shipping and receiving team to ensure efficient and safe handling of products. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop team members, drive continuous improvement, and manage data entry and inventory tracking within the ERP software. The Logistics Team Leader will also be responsible for generating inventory reports and ensuring the timely shipping and receiving of scheduled products. Essential Responsibilities:
