Position Summary:
The Logistics Tech supports Trinity Health's Supply Chain operations by receiving, staging, and delivering supplies and equipment throughout the organization. This role helps ensure materials are accurately accounted for, stored appropriately, and distributed in a timely manner to support both clinical and non-clinical departments. Working collaboratively with staff across the organization, the Logistics Tech maintains a clean, orderly work environment and provides responsive, high-quality customer service. Through attention to detail, coordination, and teamwork, this position helps ensure essential supplies are available where and when needed, supporting safe, efficient, and uninterrupted patient care.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving of materials and supplies, often weighing up to moderate amounts. The role involves pushing and pulling carts, operating material handling equipment, and moving through various hospital areas throughout the workday. Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity are necessary to safely handle supplies, read labels, and operate equipment.
Environmental Requirements:
Work is performed in warehouse, storeroom, and hospital environments with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and frequent movement between locations. The role may encounter crowded hallways, busy clinical areas, and occasional contact with cleaning chemicals or equipment.
