Reporting to the Area Leader, you will operate material handling equipment, manage shipping and receiving using WMS, and ensure timely delivery of ingredients, supplies, and finished goods. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, performing sanitation, troubleshooting machinery, and cross-training within the department.
Minimum requirements include prior forklift certification, high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in freezing conditions and 12-hour shifts. Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, and climbing. The role involves working in varying environmental temperatures, moderate to high noise levels, and weekend schedules.
