Description
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain processes to ensure the efficient flow of goods, information, and finances from suppliers to customers. The analyst will own the inventory reconciliation process, and IDOC resolution between *** and the 3PLs in the US, drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and predictability, and further enhance the capability to project and optimize inventories across our key supply chains. Finally, the analyst will be responsible for coordinating an monitoring the transition of the inventory between different distribution centers (DCs).

Assigned Responsibilities:
- Assist the Distribution Manager with KPIs, invoicing, SAP and 3PL system reporting, SOP and investigation reviews, and other related tasks as needed.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators for distribution and inventory processes.
- Oversee and coordinate daily inventory transfers between Distribution Centers (DCs).
- Track, analyze, and adjust inventory alignment as necessary.
- Timely update SAP deliveries to prevent delays during inventory transfers.
- Monitor and resolve electronic data interchange (IDOC) failures between *** and 3PL inventory management systems, following Global IT procedures.
- Generate and review daily reports, including completed outbound deliveries and returns reconciliation between SAP and 3PL.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
- Perform daily inventory reconciliation between 3PL and *** systems, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with internal, 3PL, or Global IT teams for timely resolution while tracking reconciliation issues.
- Provide on-site support at the 3PL during project go-live phases.
- Support the Order Management team with tasks such as order cancellations, batch determinations, and SAP transactions for medical devices with asset values.
- Conduct month-end analyses for inventory KPIs, order accuracy, and returns.
- Verify outbound deliveries daily.
- Review and analyze additional reports as required.
- Lead reviews of short-dated or excess inventory to mitigate obsolescence risks and collaborate with Finance to establish appropriate reserves.
- Streamline distribution and inventory workflows for better efficiency and cost savings.
- Support for end-of-quarter activities, including conducting cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and finalizing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.


Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in quantitative/analytical related discipline (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics or Information Systems)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong cross functional collaboration with supply chain users is essential
