Logistics Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Technician to support our fast-paced team, focusing on temperature-sensitive and urgent healthcare shipments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating time-critical, temperature-controlled shipments globally
• Monitoring shipment progress and addressing delays proactively
• Collaborating with clients, carriers, and internal teams for pickups, customs clearance, and deliveries
• Ensuring documentation complies with regulations like GDP and IATA
• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process
• Handling last-minute changes professionally and efficiently

• Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding, preferably in healthcare sectors
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled packaging is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office
