Position Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Technician to support daily warehouse and inventory operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting with inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, material movement, and supporting production operations through safe and efficient warehouse activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or logistics experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Pay & Schedule
- $19/hour
- Monday–Thursday
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Occasional Fridays as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments
- Assist with import and export material handling activities
- Monitor inventory and stock levels and report ordering recommendations to leadership
- Transport materials to and from warehouse and production areas
- Gather, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Support manufacturing operations through timely movement of materials and components
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Previous manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred
- Knowledge of import and export requirements preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly
- Ability to move heavier materials with appropriate equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with loud noise, moving machinery, vibration, and varying temperatures
- Must follow all required safety procedures and wear designated safety equipment when required
