Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Logistics Track & Trace Coordinator - Produce responsible to monitor and coordinate the movement of fresh produce from pickup through delivery, ensuring shipment visibility, timely communication, and proactive resolution of transportation issues. Responsible for identifying and addressing potential delays to help protect product quality, meet customer commitments, and maintain on-time delivery schedules. Due to the time-sensitive and perishable nature of fresh produce, this position requires a high level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and effective communication. Strong computer skills and ability to learn TMS and transportation tracking systems.

What Will Set You Apart:
1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight, dispatch, track and trace, or a related field preferred.
Experience with produce, food distribution, perishables, or temperature-sensitive commodities is strongly preferred.
Experience with fresh produce or other perishable commodities.
Experience with refrigerated transportation and temperature-controlled freight.
Familiarity with reefer equipment, temperature requirements, and cold-chain logistics.
Experience with TMS, GPS tracking, ELD systems, or carrier portals.
Knowledge of inbound and outbound transportation operations.
Experience working with 3PLs, freight brokers, carriers, distribution centers, or produce suppliers.
Familiarity with appointment-based transportation and time-sensitive deliveries.
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $20.00 - $25.00 / HOUR
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
