My client, a growing medical device company in Marlton, NJ pioneering a first-of-its-kind heart failure therapy, is hiring a logistics trade & compliance coordinator to keep goods moving accurately and compliantly, domestic and international, so patients receive treatment without delay.

What you'll be doing
- Receive, inspect, and track inventory accurately in real time
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from scheduling through delivery
- Classify goods with accurate HS codes and compliant export documentation
- Review customs entries, resolve broker errors, and initiate duty drawback claims
- Coordinate with brokers and government agencies, keeping audit-ready records
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Working knowledge of CBP and international trade compliance regulations
- Understanding of HS classification and commodity declaration principles
- Comfortable investigating discrepancies and recovering duties and taxes
- Proficiency with ERP and shipment tracking systems
