Logistics Trainer

Training Coordinator – Groveport, OH

Pay:

• 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM): $27.39/hour
• 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM): $28.39/hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new employees.
• Plan and coordinate employee training programs.
• Maintain training records and ensure all required training is completed.
• Identify training needs and help improve training programs.
• Track training progress and prepare reports for management.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Follow all company safety policies and comply with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Support managers with employee skills assessments and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering, coordinating, or managing employee training.
• Experience creating training materials and presentations.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently.
• Experience with SAP or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus, but not required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
