Position Summary
EMR is seeking a highly motivated Logistics & Transportation Coordinator to support our Non-Ferrous division across the United States. This is a fast-paced operational role responsible for coordinating freight movements, managing carrier relationships, monitoring inventory positions, supporting export operations, and ensuring materials move efficiently throughout our network. This position will be worked 100% onsite in Camden, NJ and pays $60 - 65k/yr
The ideal candidate has a strong logistics or transportation background, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is comfortable making decisions under pressure. This individual must be confident negotiating rates and service levels with carriers, solving transportation challenges in real time, and stepping into dispatch functions when operational demands require it.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and working collaboratively with operations, transportation providers, and commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
