Logistics Warehouse Associate & Non-CDL Route Driver

A day in the life in Clearwater, FL

You clock in, scan the morning pick tickets, and map out your plan. First stop: the bin locations where you accurately pull orders and stage them for loading. You tidy up the aisles, return cleaning supplies and boxes to their homes, and keep inventory organized and easy to find. With pallet jack or forklift in hand, you make quick work of loading and unloading. By midday, you’re behind the wheel of a 14–24 ft. box truck, out on local routes serving schools and county locations—sometimes extending to Plant City and Riverview. After deliveries, you head back to help with down-stacking and finish the day supporting general warehouse, pick/pack, and material handling tasks. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and mission-focused.

What you’ll handle

• Pull and fulfill customer orders with precision
• Put away cleaning supplies, boxes, and inventory
• Organize products by designated bin locations
• Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts
• Drive local delivery routes in 14–24 ft. box trucks (Non-CDL)
• Deliver to local schools and county locations; routes may reach Plant City and Riverview
• Return to assist with down-stacking and warehouse operations
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

What you bring

• Valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Proven ability to drive a 14–24 ft. box truck; Non-CDL experience preferred
• Warehouse background preferred (order pulling, picking, inventory, material handling)
• Comfort using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Dependable, safety-first mindset
• Works well independently and with a team
• Sharp attention to detail
