Logistics & Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities. In this role, you will primarily help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, reconciliations, and stock adjustments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, and related records.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, internal teams, and customers to support smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve routine delivery or inventory issues as they arise.
• Support warehouse organization, safety practices, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for incoming and outgoing freight.
• Maintain accurate data in warehouse and logistics systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with inventory or warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating freight, transportation, or third-party logistics activities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, barcode scanning tools, or warehouse reporting processes.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and warehouse compliance requirements.
• Certification or training related to supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
