Logo Shop Retail Sales Associate - Coeur d' Alene Resort (Seasonal)

Job Summary

• This is a seasonal position expected to last from April through October or what's best for
• the business needs, supporting our peak summer workload. You would be responsible for
• learning product information, selling merchandise, operating a cash register, and POS
• system while assisting customers and providing high class customer experience.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for day-to-day Logo Shop operations and guest experience
• Selling and inventory control
• Maintain an attractive storefront and work to achieve merchandising profitability with superior service
• Receiving, pricing and displaying a variety of products
• Merchandise returns
• Make good use of idle time
• Works well with others
• Knowledge of POS systemJob Requirements
• 1-2 years retail experience
• Must be 16 years of age
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and able to lift up-to 50 pounds

• Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.

• Variable-hour team members could be eligible 12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

401K Plan:

• Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

• 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.

PTO:

• 6 months gets 7 PTO days- 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)

• 1 year gets 10 PTO days- 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

• 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days- 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

• 5+ years gets 20 PTO days- 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

Holiday Pay:

• Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
