Role:
Create long-form, thought-leadership, and strategic content that translates complex technology topics into compelling narratives for customers, partners, sellers, analysts, and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, interview, and write insight-driven technology and business content.
• Translate complex topics into clear, persuasive, executive-level narratives.
• Develop content around AI, Security/Trust, Digital Workplace, Sustainability, Future of Work, Industry Transformation, Endpoint Innovation, Hybrid Work, Data & Infrastructure.
• Interview executives and subject-matter experts and turn insights into compelling stories.
• Create white papers, research/trend reports, POVs, executive briefs, and industry analysis.
• Develop customer stories, case studies, transformation stories, executive interviews, and industry spotlights.
• Create articles, feature stories, blogs, opinion pieces, and innovation stories.
• Support sales enablement content such as solution narratives, buyer guides, battlecards, messaging, competitive positioning, and playbooks.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong long-form/narrative writing and storytelling experience.
• Background in journalism, content marketing, thought leadership, corporate communications, or technology writing.
• Ability to research and simplify complex technology/business concepts.
• Strong executive interviewing, research, editing, and content development skills.
• Experience writing for senior/executive audiences and multiple channels.
